Every morning, the payments team checks pending payments, user reports, transaction IDs and the integration status. The team also reviews payment failures and duplicate charges because these cases sometimes show a recurring technical problem. The system normally sends information through the payment gateway, and the provider updates the service status when something changes. Today the situation is different. Several users are reporting declined payments, and one user is making another payment attempt. The technical team is checking the system log and is investigating a failed request. At the moment, the provider is investigating the root cause and is waiting for a bank response. The support team is preparing a reply and is sending a status update to affected users. For now, the team is testing a workaround. In the meantime, everyone is checking the transaction IDs again and is monitoring the service status.

Когда: yesterday, last night, two hours ago, this morning (если период уже закончился).

Positive: We checked the transaction ID.

Negative: We did not check the system log.

Question: Did the provider send an update?

Важно: после did / didn't глагол снова становится обычным: did check, не did checked.
